GreenFest on the Greenbelt
GreenFest is a fun festival for all ages. This regional event will celebrate the Ray Roberts Lake Greenbelt Park through experiential outdoor activities, live music, and good food. Participants can test their skills at archery, climbing, kayaking, biking, and geocaching, see demonstrations by historians and craftsmen of the Cross Timbers eco-region, or take a carriage ride down the Greenbelt Trail. Kids will enjoy a reptile exhibit, pony rides, the Backyard Bass competition and an inflatable obstacle course and slide. Part of the Army Corps of Engineer's Public Land's Day, GreenFest's theme will emphasize outdoor fun and respect for nature.
